Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Steamed broccoli florets
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the teriyaki sauce.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each fillet with the teriyaki sauce.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  5. While the salmon is baking, steam broccoli until tender-crisp.
  6. Serve the teriyaki salmon over cooked rice, and add steamed broccoli on the side.
  7. Drizzle with extra teriyaki sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
