Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme (or use fresh if available)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the lemon garlic butter mixture over the salmon fillets, making sure to coat them evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

Serve the baked lemon garlic butter salmon with your favorite side dishes, such as steamed vegetables, rice, or a simple salad.
