Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Steamed broccoli florets
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the teriyaki sauce.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each fillet with the teriyaki sauce.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
- While the salmon is baking, steam broccoli until tender-crisp.
- Serve the teriyaki salmon over cooked rice, and add steamed broccoli on the side.
- Drizzle with extra teriyaki sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
